Article 1. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to job seekers, recruitment businesses, advertising/classifieds businesses, partners and all persons accessing or using the services of Ket Noi Viec 247.
By registering an account or continuing to use the service, users confirm they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service and the Personal Data Protection Policy.

Article 2. Role of the Platform
Ket Noi Viec 247 is a job-connection platform linking job seekers, businesses and HR services (Part-time/Freelance, Full-time, Remote, NGO/Volunteer, Scholarship–Training, Headhunt, Career Guides, News, Advertising–Classifieds).
The platform is not the employer of job seekers unless a separate written agreement exists.
Article 3. User Accounts
Users must provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information. Accounts must not be impersonated, rented, sold, have passwords shared, or have the accounts of others used.
Ket Noi Viec 247 reserves the right to lock, restrict or terminate accounts when there is evidence of legal violations or breaches of these Terms.
Article 4. Rules for Businesses
Businesses are responsible for their company information, recruitment/advertising content, hiring conditions, salary/benefits and the legality of their postings.
Businesses may only use candidate data for appropriate recruitment purposes; selling, exchanging, distributing or using candidate data beyond the permitted scope is prohibited.
Article 5. Rules for Job Seekers
Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of their CVs, profiles, degrees, certificates and information provided. Uploading or misusing information belonging to others is prohibited.
Article 6. Candidate Profiles and Headhunting
When users consent, the platform may collect, store, classify and use professional information to recommend opportunities, perform matching and facilitate recruitment/headhunting within the agreed scope.
Ket Noi Viec 247 does not sell personal data as standalone goods. Headhunt/recruitment fees are service fees for search, evaluation, connection and recruitment support.
Article 7. Prohibited Content
Fraudulent recruitment, fake job postings, illegal fees charged to candidates, impersonation, spam, malware, system attacks, unauthorised data collection or using CVs outside permitted purposes are strictly prohibited.
Article 8. Paid Services
Prices, durations, benefits, usage conditions, renewals and refunds are published per package. Users confirm transaction details before payment.
Article 9. Limitation of Liability
The platform provides connection and recruitment support services, and does not guarantee that a candidate will definitely be hired or that a business will definitely find the right person. All parties are responsible for their own employment relationships and transactions.
Article 10. Updates to These Terms
These Terms may be updated for legal or operational reasons. Changes will be announced on the website. Continued use of the service after notification is deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
